I am a PA state licensed massage therapist specializing in cupping, scraping, lymphatic drainage + deep tissue. My journey in massage began in 2020 during the pandemic. I saw a need for both human connection and accessible wellness that didn’t cost a pricey medical bill. I fell in love with cupping + scraping during massage school. This practice is thousands of years old originating in Chinese, Indian + Muslim medicine. I am a big big advocate for never gatekeeping wellness + keeping self care accessible. I have dreamed of owning my own practice since I graduated and have been working in every corner of Pittsburgh looking to find what the people truly need out of massage. I am so thankful to all of my loyal clients who have followed me to multiple locations on my journey that has led me to Carnegie + opening the Hummingbird Healing Studio!
